Kids (7 to 12) will have a great time making pottery in this 4 session class. Everything is provided.  With teacher guidance they'll have an exciting experience learning the pottery wheel and the steps to making  dishwasher safe items that the family will use.  Kids will learn throwing and glazing as well.  You will come back later to pick them up when they are fired.  Sign up now.  It's held 3 Sundays from 1:30 to 3:00, February 1, 8, 22.  No class on President's Day weekend 2/15/26.  Make-ups are held on Wednesday evenings 5 to 7pm. Teens are welcome.

This one month course introduces students to the basics of throwing on the potter's wheel.Your instructor will cover technique, trimming, and glazing application.  This includes wedging, centering, cylinders, bowls, and surface decoration.  All levels of beginners from first time students to advanced beginners.  Small class size is like having your own coach.  Class includes clay, all tools, and firing.
